Terms of Service
The terms below govern your access to and use of the Lumos platform, website, and related services.
1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Lumos (the “Service”), provided by Krispire Solutions LLP (“Lumos”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Use of the Service
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service in accordance with these terms and any order form or written agreement between us. You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service;
- use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its related systems.
3. Accounts & security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. Access controls and audit logging are provided as described in your agreement.
4. Your data
You retain all rights to the data you and your clients hold in the Service. We do not process, sell, or mine that operational data — it remains under your control at all times. The only telemetry we collect is anonymous, aggregated software-level analytics (such as latency and error rates) used solely to keep the Service fast and reliable, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Fees
Fees are set out in your order form and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
