This website, lumoscrm.com, is operated by Krispire Solutions LLP (“Lumos”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect through the website and how we handle it. It does not create any processing rights over data our clients hold in the platform — see section 2.

2. We do not process your clients’ data

Lumos does not collect, process, sell, mine, or share the operational data our clients manage — principals, requests, vendors, invoices, or any client content. That data stays under the client’s own control at all times.

The only telemetry we collect from the platform is software-level analytics — anonymous, aggregated performance and reliability signals such as response times, latency, error rates, and resource usage. We use these solely to minimise latency, optimise the system, and keep the service fast and dependable. They contain no client records and are never used to profile individuals or for advertising.

3. What we collect through this website

What you send us — if you use the contact form or email us, the name, work email, company, and message you choose to provide.
Performance analytics — anonymous, aggregated metrics (page load times, latency, errors, broad device/browser type) used only to keep the site fast and stable.

We do not run advertising trackers, sell data, or build cross-site profiles.

4. How we use it

We use the information you send to respond to your enquiry and to arrange a demo if you ask for one. We use performance analytics to monitor, secure, and optimise the website and platform. We process this data on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interest in running a reliable service, and to meet legal obligations.

5. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to operate the website — for example, our hosting provider and the form-delivery service that routes contact submissions to our inbox — each under contract, or where disclosure is required by law. We never sell personal data.

6. Security

We protect data with encryption in transit, least-privilege access, and sound operational practice. The platform itself is built around field-level redaction, role-based access, and signed, tamper-evident audit events so that our clients stay in full control of their own data.

7. Retention

We keep contact submissions only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our relationship with you, then delete them. Performance analytics are kept in aggregated form for limited periods only.
